This issue has been coordinated with the Roku team for investigation. Please provide us with the following to help us investigate the issue further:

  • Roku device serial number, device ID, and OS version and build. (this can all be found in Settings System About)
  • Tracker ID (press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)

Roku Streambar Freezes and Reboots (add me to the list)

Well add me to the list of dozens of post about the Roku Streambar Freezes and then Reboots.  It is totally random, may go 5 days without doing it, may do it twice in one night.  We have about dozen Roku devices (rokus, streambars, streambar pros, tvs, etc.) and this is the only one that has a problem.

Reading the forums, this problem is VERY common and has being going on for years with no fix.  If I missed a solution or anyone knows of a solution, would GREATLY appreciate the info.

To help us out, could you tell us:

  • Does this happen on specific channels, or is it random?
  • When did you first notice the problem?
  • What have you tried to fix it already?

Also, could you share your Streambar's OS version and serial number? (You can find this in Settings > System > About)

  • When did you first notice the problem? -  Months ago
  • What have you tried to fix it already? -  Reboot, check software update, reset, unplug

Also, could you share your Streambar's OS version and serial number? (You can find this in Settings > System > About) -
