My TV has Atmos settings but they have always been and still are disabled. My Roku sound issues have nothing to do with my TV’s Atmos settings.
Can you please provide an update? I’ve heard nothing.
This did not fix the issue for me.
Have you gotten a response or fix since posting this?
Hahahaahaha, they don’t care!!! They say the same thing to everyone: “Get the specs of each speaker and send to us, and we will look into it” SAME ISSUE since late November ‘23.
I too am hearing a crackling popping sound coming through my Roku surround sound system I have swapped my Roku stream bar Pro for a regular stream bar Roku also replaced my subwoofer and I also unplugged my wireless speakers and I also tried a different Roku TV and I am still hearing the crackling popping sound in my system but if I disconnect my Roku stream bar or Roku stream bar Pro and connect the wireless speakers and subwoofer to the TV directly then it doesn't make the popping crackling sound it only happens when a string bar or string bar Pro is present whatever wireless system the string bars used to connect to the wireless speakers and subwoofer maybe receiving interference or something can someone help me with this issue because I have tried everything and still the issue isn't resolved

@RokuERey
How about sending me a PM so you can fix my issue? I created this post 63 days ago and still have not been helped.
We're sorry for the long wait for a solution to this.
I've dropped you a PM to discuss this further.
Thanks,
Rey
