Add me to the list. Tried the rebooting, better HDMI cable, etc. Only thing that makes it go away is to disable the bass completely, which is not a workable solution for me.

After a couple of email exchanges from support on this issue, it has been several days since I have heard back from anyone and my issue has yet to be resolved. Am I just to assume that I am stuck with a defective product??
