My stream bar is about 4 years old. In the same place and same tv for that entire time. Yesterday it wasn't connected to the internet. Tried everything unplugged device, reset device both manually on the back and also system reset in the menu, also reset my router. When trying to connect the wireless signal shows excellent and the wireless box checks but the internet connection fails. My other Rokus work fine as well as my two computers.

We see that you are unable to connect your Roku Streambar to the internet even after doing all the possible troubleshooting steps. We're here to help you further and sort this out so you can get back on streaming in no time.
To better isolate the problem, have you tried connecting your Roku Streambar to a different internet connection, such as a mobile hotspot? If not, we recommend doing so to see if it connects to it. In addition, if you have observed that it is connected to the mobile hotspot, it could be a problem on your Internet Service Provider's side, you may contact them directly for further assistance.
Furthermore, you may need to check how many devices are connected to your Router and if you have many devices connected to it, you may try disconnecting unused devices to see if that improves the connectivity issues.
