My ONN Roku TV will not stop rebooting from the ONN Roku TV screen I can't get to any other screen to do any of these things that you want us to do so now what do I do. I've rebooted my systems and it worked before but now it's not working anymore. Last night I used the timer to shut off my TV and now it won't work at all. I am so frustrated with this loop it's in at this point I will never buy another Roku TV
You may just have to try a Factory Reset on the RokuTV.
On the left hand side (near the USB and HDMI ports) you should see a Reset button that you will need to press in and hold for about 30 seconds.
Just make sure you have a working physical Roku remote before attempting the Factory Reset or you will not be able to setup/activate the RokuTV.
This just started for my Onn Roku TV. It cycles through the reboot. I've unplugged, held reset button for 20 seconds, then plugged back in and held reset and power button 20 seconds and it's still cycling. I can't even get it to turn off... it's not responding to the remote to get to the home screen. Seems like a recent update problem with as many people having the issue with these tv's. Note: I'm unable to do any other fixes until I can get it to stop rebooting cycle. What do I do now?
Hi, @Belkatem.
Greetings from the Roku Community!
Thanks for reaching out here. In this case, it could be a hardware issue. We highly recommend coordinating this with your TV manufacturer for further assistance as we only support your TV's software operating system.
You may reach them here: ONN Support
We hope this will be sorted out soon.
Best regards,
Carly
This exact thing just started on mine as well. This is too many at the same time to be a “hardware” issue.
Hi @RyderWR,
Thanks for the first post to the Roku Community!
We understand you are also having trouble with your Roku. We'd like to take action on this, but we need more details to determine if there are any options we can investigate further.
Please keep us posted, and we'll continue assisting you from there.
All the best,
Chel
Same thing here.
Onn 70” Roku TV.
When I hold the reset button for 30 seconds, it takes me to a purple update screen. It shows:
Version: CT9.40R01372A
Serial Number: X01200JPJVMO
Device ID: SODM618PJVM0
Roku TV: G814X
onn. Model: 100068378
It connects to WiFi ok in the recovery mode, and acts like it is updating, but then continues in its reboot loop afterwards. It’s been several weeks since this TV was used, so not sure exact start date.

Same issue. Started this week.
65" Onn
Version: ATF.04E12221A
Serial: N/A - unique to me
Device ID: N/A - unique to me
Hardware ID: 7833X
Onn. Mondel: 100012587
1) Troubleshooting steps: Updated & Rebooted from Recovery Mode. Loop continued until it finally landed back at the recovery screen after multiple cycles.
2) Factory set via Menu. Same Result.
3) Factory reset via button until double red flash. Same Result.
4) Factory reset via button until 2nd reboot. Same Result.
5) Unplugged TV, held power button for 30 seconds to ensure all residual power was depleted. Factory Reset button until double red flash while plugging back in. Same Result.
6) Downloaded latest firmware from Roku website to flash via USB. TV said that it's older than the version on the TV and that it's not possible to downgrade.
There are tons of TCL threads about this issue so the only way that it's a hardware problem is if TCL and Onn are using the same hardware internally. Also, it would mean that all of this shared hardware started failing at the same time.
