Tv still so bright on Hisense Roku

Jump to solution

Hi I have a Hisense Roku model 4series-43 and I have tried everything to turn down the brightness. Our brightness mode is on darker and we even put it on movie mode for an even darker effect but it still burns our eyes when turning on the tv especially at night. If there’s some way to help this that would be especially helpful

We appreciate you contacting us regarding the excessive brightness issue you're experiencing with your Hisense Roku TV. We understand how important it is to enjoy a comfortable viewing experience, and we're here to help you resolve this problem effectively.

If your TV has an ambient light sensor, you can enable automatic brightness or choose a specific brightness level in the TV Picture Settings menu. Use the instructions below to change the brightness setting on your TV.

  1. Press Home on your TV remote
  2. Scroll and select Settings
  3. Select TV picture settings
  4. Select TV brightness
  5. Select Auto to enable ambient sensing or select a constant brightness level
  6. Press OK

    on your remote

If you do not see the Auto selection, your TV does not have an ambient light sensor.
