Roku setup

SOLUTION. My Roky was working perfectly in the last two years and suddenly the screen when black with sound when streaming content in any applications as Youtube, Netflix, Prime, etc. So it was wired. After verified the TV was ok (worked with other Roku box) and the bad one make the same problem on my other TV, my conclusion was that the problem was the Roky box. I have some electric background and my conclusion was the the power supply/adaptador was the problem. The adaptador is only 1.0 Ampare. I changed it for other with 2.0A and the Roky system back to work perfectly. My Roky technical team, take care of this issue with your other customers. Thanks.

Yes, the USB power adapters for Rokus, cell phones, and any other devices that use them, do occasionally fail.  For Rokus, they can be replaced with other USB adapters with an output of at least 1 amp.  Higher amperage is okay, as the Roku will only draw what it needs.
