Step 1 would be to identify what that message is from?  I've never seen such a message.

It could be some app that has time limits.  It also sounds a lot like a parental control someplace.  (And if you're the parent, your kid might be messing with you.)

Given there is no text, this may be yet another trolling post or only contained spam text that was deleted, with the misleading title.

Anyways, in reality, about the only way this could happen is if it was put in Guest mode and someone set a custom message.
