• Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version. (These can all be found in Settings > System > About).
• Tracker ID when this issue occurs. (When you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID).

Once we have this information, we'll be able to forward it to the appropriate Roku team for further investigation of this case.

What I have is the antenna channels disappear after scan and set one as a fav. Turn tv off and next time I turn it on they are gone?

Thanks for sharing the experience you've had.

Would you mind identifying live channels that had gone missing after the scanning? Have you already performed a system restart on your device by going through Settings > System > Power (skip if the option is unavailable) > System restart?

Showed the correct channel with no programming info when I reset. Then goes back to the wrong listing on channels when I connect to the internet
