I purchased a Roku TV and amazon suggested the Roku soundbar, speakers and subwoofer. So I bought them. Now I find out that even though the pictures have the soundbar and two speakers they don't work together. It looks like if you have a Roku TV with Stereo 2.1 that you are stuck with either the soundbar or the speakers but not both. Is there a way to get them to work together or am I out the money?

We understand you're having trouble getting your surround sound devices to work with your TV. No worries; we're here to help you sort this out.
Depending on the specific model number of your TV, you can check the different configurations here when setting up a surround sound to your TV system:
Stereo sound with a Roku TV system
If you have a Roku TV system, including a Roku Select Series HD TV, Roku Select Series 4K TV, Roku Plus Series TV, or Roku Pro Series TV, you can set up stereo sound with one of the configurations below.
Surround sound with a Roku Plus Series or Roku Pro Series TV.
If you have a Roku Plus Series TV or Roku Pro Series TV, you can set up surround sound with one of the configurations below.
Roku sound system with a Roku Streambar SE
If you do not have a Roku TV system, you can set up a Roku sound system using a Roku Streambar® SE in one of the configurations below.
Roku sound system with any TV
If you do not have a Roku TV system, you can only set up a Roku sound system using a Roku Streambar or Roku Streambar Pro in one of the configurations below.
We hope all these provided details help. Let us know if you need more assistance.
All the best,

Thanks for your prompt response, @timrnetz.
To further clarify, yes, you can use either the Roku Streambar Pro or the Roku Streambar to set up surround sound, as these devices support 5.1 configuration. These two devices have the same capability, and using just one of them will do the trick. It doesn't matter which of the two devices you use; the wireless speakers and the subwoofer will work perfectly fine with either of them.
Thanks,
Emman

Thanks for the response. But it doesn't help the confusion. I have 2.1 stereo with the TV. So it would seem i can have speakers or soundbar but not both. But then the pro tip says "Using a Streambar or Streambar Pro unlocks more surround sound configurations on a Roku TV system, such as 3.1 and 5.1 surround sound. If you are using a Roku Streambar SE, Roku Streambar, or Roku Streambar Pro, you must set it up first before adding other audio devices". Does that mean if I switch to the Streambar Pro that would unlock the 5.1 surround option which would then let me have the bar and the speakers or is it all based on the 2.1 stereo that came on my TV?
Thanks for keeping us in the loop, @timrnetz!
That's a great question! By incorporating a Roku Streambar or Roku Streambar Pro into your setup, you can enhance your surround sound experience. These devices enable connectivity for 5.1 and 3.1 audio systems, expanding the capabilities of your Roku TV system. If your TV currently supports only 2.1 audio, which is a stereo configuration, adding a Roku Streambar or Roku Streambar Pro can unlock the potential for more immersive sound.
We hope that clarifies everything.

Emman
To be perfectly clear. If I purchase the Roku Streambar Pro I will be able to use the streambar, wireless speakers and the Sub Woofer. Is that correct?
