Re: Roku streambar narration, can not turn off after roku software updates
this is happening on my roku all of a sudden. I tried all solutions, then a factory reset and it still is happening. All accessibility options show screen reader off. There was a software push from roku around 7:30am est this morning, coincidentally around when this **bleep** started. Can someone from ROKU look into this please?

Re: Roku streambar narration, can not turn off after roku software updates
Welcome to the Roku Community, @robann11!
We understand that the screen reader on your Roku device could not turn off after confirming that its accessibility settings were disabled. We'd be more than willing to monitor this and help you resolve this matter.
Have you tried checking if the screen reader on your TV (Not on the device settings) was turned off? If unsure, check the manual instructions on your TV Settings to see if the feature was turned off.
If you have checked that the TV's screen reader is turned off, please get back to us and provide the following details below:
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)
We are anticipating your prompt response.
All the best,
Emman
