We see that you're seeing an issue when playing and accessing the Apple TV channel and we'd like to help.
Could you tell us when did you start seeing these changes occur? Have you tried any troubleshooting to resolve this?
In addition, are you able to access the app and select content, but it kicks you back when start to stream?
