Hello,
I'm unable to post video, so I've attached a number of photos. I've added comments on the photos for reference. For troubleshooting thus far, I've tried the reset button on the side, but that does not work.
Plugged TV in, this screen shows up
connecting to the internet
connecting to network
updating after connecting to network
"update" in progress
update is done, restarting
TV restarts, goes to this screen
After red TCL/Roku TV screen, it returns to the recovery mode page
