Hello,

I'm unable to post video, so I've attached a number of photos. I've added comments on the photos for reference. For troubleshooting thus far, I've tried the reset button on the side, but that does not work. 

Plugged TV in, this screen shows upconnecting to the internetconnecting to networkupdating after connecting to network"update" in progressupdate is done, restartingTV restarts, goes to this screenAfter red TCL/Roku TV screen, it returns to the recovery mode page
