I attempted to watch Red Eye directed by West Craven, starring Rachel McAdams and Cillian Murphy. The movie information was correct, but a different Redeye movie played. The movie was about a group of kids doing a documentary about a legend of redeye. Not the same and disappointing. I didn’t continue the movie. Searched for a way to inform Roku about the issue and this was the only avenue I could find
I can confirm this, on The Roku Channel. (It's important to mention the channel you are using in order for Roku to follow up.)
Yep, this is about the only place to alert them to such issues.
Paging Roku employees @RokuAustin, @RokuKariza-D @RokuMary-F and any other moderators so they can pass this issue on to proper people.
Came here to report the same thing. Kept thinking the “documentary” was going to tie into the plane movie (I regret skipping the credits) but alas… The Roku Channel has the complete wrong movie playing.
Same happened a couple of times, once when I searched for Reindeer Games with Ben Affleck and Charlize Theron using my Roku TV search and it showed the movie available on The Roku Channel and Peacock App. However, an entirely different movie played on both channels, some low budget hip-hop movie by the samr namrle, but Roku search shows the correct movie and pics.
This also happened a few weeks ago as I searched for Les Miserables, the wrong movie starts playing on The Roku Channel.
