How were you able to cancel the Roku Acorn subscription?

I understand how to cancel a subscription. What I want is a refund of the $69 we paid for Acorn through Roku. Just like everyone else on this feed, we could not access the program and would like the money refunded.
Any ideas on how to get my money refunded to a subscription I couldn't access? Is there a number I can call?

I'm having the same problem. Roku says it's Acorn's problem and Acorn says it's Roku's problem.
