thanks for the advice! tubi is crystal clear…
Hi Community users,
Thank you for posting here at the Roku Community!

Thanks,
Anjelie
This is obviously a ROKU problem with the lousy Third Watch picture looking like an old VCR output. TUBI's picture is perfect, so I don't think it has anything to do with the ROKU box. The picture is lousy on both of my ROKU Ultra's at home and at work (4800X Ultra 4K, software v 12.0.0 build 4184-C2.)
Hi @Bill_T
Thank you for the post!
We understand that this issue must be ongoing, and we'd be happy to learn more about it.
We would appreciate it if you could provide us with the additional information needed that was asked previously by @RokuAnjelie. This will help us better identify the reason for this.
If possible, could you also provide us with a screenshot or a video clip of the issue you're seeing?
Once we have a clearer grasp on the situation, we'll be able to relay this to the appropriate Roku team for further investigation.
Warm regards,
Rey
The issue of poor quality is occuring on both users' Roku devices and the online Roku Channel showing of Third Watch, Coach, and a few other programs.
Do you want the users to also include the model numbers of laptops, computers, tablets, cell phones as well as their installed operating systems and Web browsers and version numbers?

I am beginning to share in user frustrations with the quality of support being offered the community lately.

Perhaps the source stream compression is an issue. If the team engineers need more info, they can simply plug in their Roku devices, search for Third Watch, and see the image quality issue for themselves both on the Roku device and online. If they need additional guidance on what the image should actually look like, they can simply view Third Watch on Tubi.
It really is that simple.
