We appreciate you reaching out and sharing with us the issue you've experienced with the Spotify app not launching on your Roku device. Our team is currently investigating the issue.

We would encourage your participation in assisting us with the investigation. Can you please provide the details below:

• Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
• Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
• Channel build version (highlight the channel, press the start * button of your Roku remote).
• Photo or video referring to the issue

Once our team receives the information, it will contribute to the progress of the investigation.

We appreciate the update.

Thank you for confirming that the issue has been resolved on your end. 

In addition, we would recommend updating the Spotify app for Roku users having the same issue.

To update an app on Roku, navigate to the app on your home screen, press the "Star (*)" button on your remote, and select "Check for Updates." most Roku apps update automatically, but you can manually check for updates this way. 

Keep us posted if the persists so our team can assist further.

Super crazy, after sending this request in forum, the next day Spotify worked! I didn't change anything on my end at all. 

Thank you for responding to my message, however. If this happens again, I will for sure gather the information you requested below, so it can be investigated further. However, if you still want those details, I can get them. Everything but the photo/video showing the issue, that is.
