Red upside down V no picture

After I click on play, all I get on the screen of my TV is an upside down read Vy and I hear the movie starting to play volume but no picture

  • What device are you using right now?
  • Is this the first time you have experienced this issue?
  • Is the issue happening on all contents/channels, or is this isolated to 1 content/channel?
