I subscribed to Paramount Plus so I could watch the Super Bowl yesterday and all I was able to view was a black screen. I tried several times throughout the game and was unsuccessful. This was an absolutely ridiculous situation, what a horrible experience. Roku you didn't deliver on the product you sold me, how do I get a refund?

The problem with the Superbowl was at Paramount's end. It affected streaming viewers accessing the game via Paramount+, Fubo, and YouTube TV. Roku was no more at fault than your TV set.
