We'd like to coordinate this with our Roku team, please send some details:

• Roku device model, serial number, and device ID. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
• Tracker ID and OS version and build (press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)

Status Update 3/27/2025: Great news! We believe that the issue should now be resolved. 

Just double-check that you’ve got the latest software version.

Here’s how:

1. Press Home on your Roku remote
2. Scroll and select Settings
3. Select System
4. Select Software update
5. Select Check Now to manually check for updates

The TV does not respond to the remote just same blank page with Roku and time.

So, I am not able to navigate to settings.

Wi-Fi is fine, hard reset does not change anything.
