Missing episodes of Ludwig on Britbox

I recently subscribed to Britbox through Roku but I can only see 3 episodes of Ludwig. There should be 6 episodes. Why can't I see all 6?

    A new Ludwig episode is released on consecutive Thursdays, for an eventual total of 6.

      We are in a similar position, but just missing episode six of Ludwig... What's going on here?
