I recently upgraded to Hulu + Live TV and  cannot seem to get it to work on my Roku. It is working in the Hulu mobile app as well as the web version. Roku is up to date, Hulu app is up to date, I've restarted things, logged out and back in, etc. and there is still no live section in Hulu. What might I be missing?

• How did you subscribe to Hulu? Directly with Hulu? Through Roku? Through some other service (Amazon, Sling, Google, etc.)?
• How are you attempting to access your Hulu? On the dedicated Hulu channel app? Through The Roku Channel?
• Is the email address displayed under Settings > System > About on your Roku account the same credentials you used when you set up your Hulu account?
• Are you encountering any error codes or messages when accessing the channel?
• Do you observe this behavior while using other channel(s) on your device?

With more detailed information, we'll be able to assist you further.

I am having the same issue.  It works fine on my phone, but the Hulu app on my Roku TV does not have the "live tv" button.  I subscribed through Hulu, The emails are different, No error codes.  Hulu works, just no "Live TV' button.
