Channels & viewing

So, just started up, tried all the suggestions listed, and switched out one ultra for another. 

The initial issue I had with Hulu was corrected with the switching of units but the live Roku channels will still not play. I get the guide, and the pictures associated with all the channels, but when I go to a channel it's a black screen.

Where are you located and are you using a VPN?

I am connecting through a VPN. My location should be irrelevant

Roku devices don't play well with VPNs and they're not supported.  Sorry, but you're on your own.
