I'm brand new to the Roku world, just installed it on one of my 3 tv's. Found out how to access my Xfinity Live TV service but don't know how to choose the various channel numbers without having to continuously scroll until it finally reaches the channels I want.
Hi @Sjsmith0918
Welcome to the Roku Community!
We understand you have an inquiry regarding a quick navigation to the Xfinity channel on your Roku device, and we're sorry to hear that the (*) button does not let you go to a channel.
We would happily investigate this issue further, but we need more details. May we know if:
Alternatively, you can create a Favorites list within the Xfinity Live TV app to easily access your most frequently watched channels. To do this, navigate to the "Favorites" tab in the Xfinity Live TV menu and select "Add to Favorites" for any channels you want to add to your list.
Please keep us posted, and we'll continue assisting you from there.
All the best,
Chel
Hi, @Saffron19
Thanks for posting, and welcome to the Roku Community.
We understand your concern with managing your channel "favorites" with the Xfinity Live TV channels, and we're here to help you reach the right support to assist you further.
Since you're managing the Xfinity Live TV channels, you may want to reach out to Xfinity Stream Support to be assisted further since this is an interface within Xfinity's app. Most channels on Roku are developed and maintained directly by the channel providers.
For more information, you can reach them at TV Help and Support | Xfinity by Comcast
We hope you find this information useful, and feel free to let us know if you have further concerns or inquries.
Best wishes,

I would like to use Roku to go directly to an XFINITY stream channel without going through the favorites guide. For example, I am watching NBC and would like to go to the history channel. I do know how to set a favorite and navigate the favorite guide. I would like to go directly to the channel.
This does not help. Can't find "add to favorites" no matter what I do. Only see a way to add the specific program that is on the guide.
