Thanks for reaching out about this issue going on and we appreciate the effort in trying to fix it.
We'd like to confirm if you just performed a soft reset on the system but not the whole factory reset you said. If a factory reset has been done, your device will be on a full reset, which you'll need to set up again from the beginning. If so, have you made it through, and is the issue still the same?
Or is this the reset you've made (Settings > System >System restart) on the device?
