Opening the Gotham sports app just crashes and goes to the Home Screen. I’ve removed the channel and re added it. Updated my system. Restarted the device. Still just crashes.
When you remove the app, make sure you restart your Roku device before you add it again. You should have to sign in again after you add it.
I am having same issue. Any luck with Roku support?
@jgunns13, Roku doesn't offer support for individual apps (other than their own). It's up to the provider/developer (in this case Gotham Advanced Media and Entertainment) to provide support. All you'll get from Roku is to restart your device or perform the remove/restart/add procedure mentioned above.
I’m working with the Gothem sports app right now. I did the uninstall and unplug for a min and the reinstall the app. It still crashes when I select any content. I can access the channel but the content sends me back to the Roku Home Screen.

This is the app that replace MSG+ and SNY. It's not working on Roku. GS customer support in the Philippines is useless. And they don't respond to emails.
The app is a disaster.
