Uninstalled app; disconnected power AND restarted roku; no success yet. FRNDLY app freezes at loading page. We invested in a full year plan. Please advise as to next steps.

If you are still experiencing an issue with the channel after removing the channel, restarting and adding the channel back again, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

Hello,
When I try and remove the frndly app from the Roku player, it does not give me an option to remove the channel. All it gives me is:
My Rating
Move Channel
Manage Subscription
Check for Updates
Give Us Feedback
and Close.
Any suggestions about this?

I'd be happy to take a closer look to see how we can help. Please be noted that if you are removing a subscription channel billed to your Roku account, you must cancel the subscription before you see the Remove channel option.
