Channel 378 CJ-ENM, has been showing news shows and they have not added English closed captions. What to do? My closed caption is always on. I love this channel but can't watch the new shows.
Any updates on this? There’s a lot of new shows I want to watch on this channel but there aren’t any subtitles

Happening on both Roku Express 4k+ and Roku Streambar.
Accessing Channel 378 via Live Tv.
e.g. Sun Feb 11th at 10:35 Am EST - Her Private Life - no sub-tiles at all. Sometimes this channel is showing sub-titles but it appears to be Korean. Noticed for other shows.
All other channels are showing sub-titles correctly in English e.g. Channels 379, 380, 381 etc. so this problem is ONLY occurring on Channel 378 - CJ-ENM.
So the closed caption setting is set correctly.
I even tried turning closed- captioning off and on, re-starting the devices, making sure the latest updates are on etc. Again this problem is ONLY occurring on Channel 378.

I also have this issue. There used to be subtitles, but that ended suddenly. Very bummed.

You may want to look at the entire thread. This issue is being reported ONLY for Channel 378. For me it is happening on both Roku Streambar and Roku Express 4K+.
