Added Hulu channel via channelstore.roku.com, but the app does not show up on the Roku Ultra Home page (or any other page). I've added channels via this method in the past with no issues.
On the Ultra, I can search for Hulu and start the app that way, but this is unsatisfactory.
How do I get the Hulu app to appear on the Roku Ultra Home page?
