DOC NYC app will not show up on my home channels
I am renting a film through the DOC NYC app. When I search channels the app comes up and I can sign in with a code for a viewing for which I have paid. But the app does not show up on my home apps configurstion.

Re: DOC NYC app will not show up on my home channels
If you installed DOCNYC from the online Channel Store, then just perform a Search for it on your device. (should allow you to "Open App").
Seems to be a little bug with some channels/apps not appearing on Home Screen after installing from online store. Instead, search for it and install it from your device. (it installed fine with this method for me).
Because it may invisible on the Home Screen, you may have to Remove/Uninstall it before being able to install it.
Using the Roku remote press Home 3x, Up 2x, then left, right, left, right, left. Scroll down and locate it on the list and then "Remove" channel.
Feel free to update if I misunderstood the above and this is not applicable to your issue.
