Always get an error and says to try again later. It's been like this for 2 weeks

I attached a screenshot of of my screen
This happens repeatedly when I try to watch the rich eisen show live and when it's replayed.
I haven't tried to watch other live shows.
Anything that I try that is ondemand works great. I will do more testing.

We recommend checking other live shows on the Roku mobile app. Also, try to use a mobile hotspot for the meantime to see if it's able to play the Rich Eisen Show.

The issue is with your mobile app which is why I gave you all that information in my previous reply.
There is no reason to give you my devices information.
