Same problem. I have a Roku 3. Britbox is working on my iPad. My dad’s newer Roku is not having the problem (he lives in the same town, has a newer Roku device)
BritBox on Roku is now working. I had to sign in but it is up & running as of 5:30 AM EST.

Roku won't respond. as this is a third party app that Roku does not manage, maintain or own.
It was a BritBox problem earlier in the week that was fixed by the next day. You could email BritBox support to let them know you are having a problem, they were fairly quick with a response. I am currently watching Britbox via Roku without a problem.
This just happened to me tonight (18 Aug 2022). Must be an annual issue.
Same here. I rebooted the Roku and it went away.
It’s August I’m in US and it’s doing this again anyone else having issues with Britbox?
Doing it to me in MN, USA. I tried removing app, rebooting, reinstalling app and it still gives me the message.
