Britbox does not stream on roku all of a sudden. I can watch on my laptop but not using a roku stick to the tv. Does not even load the channel. I checked for updates, I did everything but throw the roku stick out of the window.
What is the issue with roku and Britbox? I pay for Britbox. I paid for the upgraded Roku. What gives?

I am also having issues with BritBox on Roku. I am unable to stream "live" BritBox on my Roku since yesterday. It has disappeared from the BritBox home page when I access it through my Roku, but seems to still be available on the BritBox website. The live stream is also still available on the app on my iPhone and my iPad, so it appears to be a Roku-only issue.
My subscription is through BritBox directly, and for my tv I stream through the BritBox app on my Roku. The live stream is now no longer available on either my Streaming stick+, nor my streaming stick 4K.
I have updated through the "System" setting on the Rokus, I have restarted the Rokus, I have used the * button to update the app directly (or at least checked for updates - there were none).
Unsure how to proceed.
Does nothing.
Suddenly as I explained the live stream britbox app does not stream from roku. Out of the blue. Works fine online, fine.
I have also restarted and reset up and yaddah
I have an idea: bye bye roku.
and now the daft roku stick doesn’t work at all.
I am off to best buy tomorrow for a smart tv and not roku bound. YOU’RE TERRRIBLE
I am stuck reentering my password to my network and then I get the floppy ROKU jumping up and down that while my system is CONNECTED and UPDATED I can’t access anything anymore.

Since you mentioned your subscription was billed directly from Britbox, we highly recommend coordinating this directly with them, as they manage and maintain their own app on the Roku streaming platform independently.
Roku doesn't have access to how they run their operating system. You may visit this link to help you connect with them: BritBox Support

Since this is an isolated case within BritBox alone, it's worth taking note that they are the ones who run their channel on the Roku streaming platform independently. It may work via their website, but please be informed that they have a different running operating system than on this platform.
