I’m factory reset my tv , and now I’m not able to download any apps such as bet plus and prime video . It’s not the internet because the reason of me resetting it is that someone’s else account was on their thst I no longer needed . This is frustrating because I pay for those apps and I’m not able to enjoy it on my screen?

May we first know where are you currently located? Please be informed that the Roku streaming platform is US-based. Channel accessibility may vary depending on your current location as certain channels may have a restriction inside the Roku streaming platform. 

However, there are certain apps/channels that are available at your current location inside the Roku streaming platform. In this case, we highly recommend reaching out to the channel provider and letting them know you'd like their channel on the Roku streaming platform at your current location.
