I’m factory reset my tv , and now I’m not able to download any apps such as bet plus and prime video . It’s not the internet because the reason of me resetting it is that someone’s else account was on their thst I no longer needed . This is frustrating because I pay for those apps and I’m not able to enjoy it on my screen?
A warm welcome here in the Roku Community, @Niya242!
We appreciate you reaching out for support and we'd be happy to provide further information about accessing certain channels on your Roku TV.
May we first know where are you currently located? Please be informed that the Roku streaming platform is US-based. Channel accessibility may vary depending on your current location as certain channels may have a restriction inside the Roku streaming platform.
However, there are certain apps/channels that are available at your current location inside the Roku streaming platform. In this case, we highly recommend reaching out to the channel provider and letting them know you'd like their channel on the Roku streaming platform at your current location.
I hope you find this information helpful.
Best regards,
Carly

Hey, I totally get your frustration – it's super annoying when you've paid for services like BET Plus and Prime Video but can't download them on your TV after a reset. Sometimes, after a factory reset, some settings may get scrambled, and certain permissions might need to be updated before you can install apps again.
One quick solution could be to check if there are any system updates available on your TV. After a reset, some TVs require a firmware update to reconnect properly to app stores and servers. This update often resolves issues with downloading apps. Also, double-check that your app store account (like Google or Amazon) is correctly signed in and synced, as sometimes a factory reset can log you out of key services without it being obvious.
If the problem still persists, there are other ways to access some content. For example, you might try using apps like Snaptube APK on other devices to stream certain videos. Snaptube is an Android app that allows for seamless downloading and streaming of video content from different platforms. Although it won’t give you access to subscription services like BET Plus or Prime, it can still be a helpful workaround for some video content while you're troubleshooting the TV issue.
Hope this helps a bit! Let me know if updating the TV or reconnecting the accounts does the trick.
