I am having the same problem. You can barely hear the siren on my outdoor cameras. Has a resolution been found?

I'm having the same issue. Purchase date 7/6/23..... Camera firmware supposedly updated on installation.
The audio is GOING to the camera, it is just very very very low volume.
Any ideas on a fix yet??

I returned mine to the store. Alarm was so low you had be be right next to it. Couldn't get 2 way audio to work. Customer service with Roku on cameras is nonexistent. I bought a camera from Amazon for $35. Outdoor wifi battery plus optional solar with smart AI detection. I live it. Just ordered 2 more. I gave up on Roku for anything other than streaming.
I have the same problem. It's hard to believe that you guys didn’t test this product before selling it to the general public. Why have an alarm and speaking option on this camera if someone who is trespassing or burglar can’t hear you or the alarm? This puts owners at risk!! For people using this as their main source of protection, I would think this post would garner a higher priority than the basic, “THANK YOU. I’ve passed this information along.” There will be a massive legal fallout should anyone become seriously injured, or worse, lose their life and it is determined that had the volume worked correctly the incident could have been prevented.
