We understand that your Roku camera is showing offline status on your Roku Smart Home app. No worries, we would be more than willing to assist you with this.
Let's see if this will work for you.
- Restart your mobile device
- Uninstall and reinstall the Roku Smart Home app
- Ensure, your Roku Smart Home app is up to date
- Try using another mobile device and see if the same issue occurs.
- If the issue persists, set up the camera again as new by following these steps:
> Open the Home screen
> Tap the plus sign from the navigation bar
> Select Add device
> Select your device category and then select a device
> Follow the on-screen instructions
