Let me guess they gave you no answer cuz that's what the same thing I'm going through the only thing I did different was change my password on my modem. It's amazing that we allow so many companies to take advantage of us both cameras had an issue at the same time so I'm really starting to believe that Roku control the cameras letting the cameras die at a certain time. Resulting in dealing with a technical support team that knows nothing. Just throw it away and buy another one. We wonder why our natural resources are crippling, and everything is getting more expensive and because we're throwing everything away and buying New. Don't even let me start about how many times I've tried to get my credit card off with a website because I no longer have a registered device that requires a credit card.
