Just because your statement says Roku doesn’t mean it’s legitimate. Log into your Roku user account web page and look for any subscriptions. If there’s nothing there, you are being scammed. Your personal information has been stolen and thieves have submitted charges on your credit card and claim they are Roku. If this had happened, Roku themselves can’t help you.

If there are any subscriptions on your Roku user account, you can cancel them right there. Roku won’t refund legitimate subscriptions, but will cancel it when the current subscription expires.

By the way, if you’re paying for content through a platform payment system (such as Amazon) and you watch that content on another platform, then you will find that one platform’s payment doesn’t cover you on another platform.  If you use multiple platforms (eg: Roku and Amazon), then it is usually best to not use platform payment systems at all – rather go pay at the content provider and then log into to the channel on the various platforms.

Banned but back. Because why not?
