Website shopping cart issues

Dear Roku community I’d like to share a software glitch on the website I just discovered, so I was trying to purchase a new Roku and I go to my cart to pay and it said the cart was empty so I added it again and again nothing, I reset my phone and tried my laptop no good, so I tried changing my payment card into one in my own name and it went through.

shopping cart will not load but everything else will . and have tried on other web browser sites

@jd4rfjr88 Roku's site had an issue a couple weeks ago and it is possible they are having technical issues again.  You can either try waiting a few hours as they had it corrected pretty quickly last time, or you can try clearing the cache of your web browser and see if that helps.
