Those people shouldn’t work in USA , I never heard that you can’t change or update any information after You pay for order , after I paid for order through their website using PayPal I found out my old address was saved there and when I tried to fix the issue and update my delivery address I couldn’t find any option for me to do that , which I called them to help and guess what , they can’t do any change , what **bleep**ing stupid answer I ever heard so now they charge me and send my order to some one else , that teach us leave this **bleep**ing company alone no one it anything from then let them lose and shutdown their business,, I’m no wonder why TLC left them and now they make their TV using google future not stupid Roku ,
