I have a subscription that says it is billed through Roku on my bank account. However, when I go into my account and go under subscriptions, it is not listed. I contacted directly the subscription service and they verified that I get it through Roku. Support page and frequently ask questions do not approach this topic and I can’t get in touchwith a person. Help! Help! Help! I don’t want to have to cancel my whole account

It seems you are having trouble locating the charge on your account. Have you checked whether the email associated with your Roku device matches your Roku account? To confirm, go to Home > Settings > System > About. After you confirm, you may visit the support article on How to Manage or Cancel Your Subscriptions.

Go to the support contact us page above, scroll down to the agent support, check support options, select Account/payments & subscriptions, Question about a charge (or if you have another issue, check those), click on contact us for further support, it offers Chat or Talk to customer support.
