yea, right, I just return two remote, do to the photos on your site, thought they were them and they were not. I have been waiting for a refund. nothing, I'm ticked off and never again will I order from the site.

it's now 3/2025, and USPS is still saying the address is not in their system .

The address is never going to be in the system because it is the old street name address that has since changed. Please give Roku another three years to investigate but first an admin will need you to send a private message with the details of your issue even though it has nothing to do with what product you are returning and is the exact same thing everyone has had with the address.

Brownsville, Tx 78521.
The post office says there is no such address. Why can't you give us a correct address????

I would type out the complete address without abbreviations 5925 East 14th Street Suite C, Brownsville, TX 78521
Also list Contec, C/O Roku on the address
