I received an email instructing me to send my remote back for a refund to an address for Contec c/o Roku. The Post Office says there is no such address. There is no customer service option to straighten this out that I can see... 5925 E 14th St Set C, Brownsville, TX 78521

We understand you're having a problem in returning your Roku remote. We're happy to help you. Please follow the steps below:
- On your computer or smartphone, please visit the link here.
- From the initial pull-down menu, choose Questions about returning my Roku device or managing my order.
- Select Continue.
- From the same pull-down menu, choose Manage, return, or Replace my roku.com order.
- Select Return or Replace. A returns and exchanges form will appear.
- Verify the order date and order number match your records.
- Enter your contact details and shipping information.
- Select the reason for your return/replacement and add any additional comments.
- Review all details and submit your request.
- After a moment, you will see a confirmation page with your RMA number and status. You will also receive an email with the RMA number along with instructions for return/replacement. To ensure your RMA is processed without delays, review each step closely.

As I said, the address they have for me to return the product to is not a valid address per the post office. I have done all the steps and received my RMA number. The address for Contec is not valid

That should be Ste C, not Set C. The Post Office couldn't figure that out. 🙄

Of course, it is Ste C - autocorrect . Still no known address matching the one Roku gave me to return the remote to. If anyone who has read my original problem can help provide a correct address for Contec returns, please let me know.

Well the entire Internet and Mapquest seem to thing it's a valid address. I think your beef is with the Post Office.

You could always call Contec and ask them what their address is.

Same issue here. The return address is invalid according to USPS and I cannot get a valid address from Customer Service. This is not good.
