Double paying with FanDuel and Diamond Digital

 I signed up to get FanDuel to watch the Wild hockey games.  I am paying $19.99 a month.  What is the $21.61 for Diamond Digital?  I have no idea what this is and why I am being billed for it.

I think they're one in the same.  $21.61 sounds like $19.99 plus tax.
