@dr_unstoppable Check the instructions above. You can check you Roku account to see if you have any subscriptions through Roku or contact Disney customer service directly regarding the charge.
If you did not authorize those charges, you should reach out to your bank/credit card company and dispute them.

@CMHILTON Did you check to see if you have multiple email accounts for your device? If you cannot find any subscription in your Roku account and/or Disney has no subscription for you or any of your email account, it is possible that your credit card information might have been compromised. Hackers can make it look like a legit charge even if it is not.
I would suggest contacting your bank/credit card company and reporting the charges, especially if you don't have a subscription.
I would also suggest setting up a pin on your device to avoid accidental/unauthorized purchases and possibly change your password on your Roku account.

Many people are having the same issue with Roku billing us for “Disney Electro”. A service or subscription that Disney+ doesn’t recognize when you contact them directly. They refer you to Roku. Then Roku refers you back to Disney, and on and on it goes with no resolution. I disputed the charges via PayPal on the recommendation of both Disney+ and Roku, only for Roku to deny the request. It’s feeling like a scam at this point. My advice is to sign up for subscriptions directly on your phone and not through Roku on your TV.
