I'm getting charged by ESPN but can't find it anywhere...

ESPN is charging me $11.99/month, but I checked ROKU, Disney and ESPN and while I can see on the actual ESPN app on my TV (via ROKU) that I am indeed being charged (as well as my card), I can't see to find it on any of the sites listed to cancel it.


Where do I go for help?

If you're subscribed through Roku you can highlight the app on the Home Screen, press * on your remote, and there should be an option to "Manage subscription".  You can also log into your Roku account at https://my.roku.com using the email address that's displayed under Settings->System->About on your Roku device and you can manage the subscription there.
