I discovered today that I have been charged for an entire year under someone elses email. When I called customer service they offered to refund $15 for two months. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told that I was speaking with the highest representative of Roku support and that is all that will ever be offered to me. An entire year of fraudulent charges and no resolution other than $15 refund. They even admitted that it was under another email and I was stilled charged yet still only offered to refund 2 months not the entire 12 months of fees. Worst customer service I've ever experienced and no options to contact anyone.
