NewsMax App/Account Access Issues

I had a 2 day experience with ROKU chat tech assistance.   Trying to determine why I suddenly no longer had NEWSMAX.

I finally gave up after a couple hours of redundant troubleshooting; which I had already done.  Rebooted everything to factory settings and good to go.  I will NEVER waste my time with ROKU again...

Usually best practice when a channel/app has issues is either system restart the device or unplug for 60 seconds or uninstall the app, system restart or unplug power for 60 seconds and then reinstall the app as well as making sure the OS and apps are updated to latest versions.  That usually fixes a good percentage of channel issues, unless you have an old device or the broadcaster themselves are having technical issues, which no broadcaster is immune from.
