I have the same problem. I got charged $9.99, but everything shows up with a lock symbol on it. When I try to play anything, it says that I need to sign up. When I try to sign up, it says I've already purchased the monthly plan.
There is no option to remove the channel, as with others.
If it hadn't already charged me, I'd just delete everything and forget I ever tried, but now I'm irritated and ready for a cage match.
