Subscription Managed my Roku, but no Roku account.

Jump to solution

Hopefully someone here has been through this. I have a Max account that I am billed monthly. I need to update my payment information. In my Max profile it says my subscription is managed by Roku. At the time of my initial purchase of the Max subscription, I did not have a Roku account. I just made a Roku account today 06/01/23. Now that I have an account with Roku, it doesn't show that I have any subscriptions. Does anyone know what I can do?

Hi @usmc8466,

Thanks for your first post here in the Roku Community!

We understand that you have a query about updating your payment information on your Max account. It would be best to talk to the specified team since we need to gather your personal information. For these issues, it may be more effective for you to get help from our billing team.

  • Please visit: support.roku.com
  • Sign in to your account
  • Look for "Agent support" tab at the bottom right corner of the page
  • Click "Check support options"
  • Click Account, Payments & subscriptions.

You can also check charges on your account, and this link will help you out: How to review your purchase history and charges to your Roku account.

Best regards,

Chel
